Be Broadcast teamed up with First Aid for Life on UK heatwave health advice after the Met Office issued a red warning for extreme heat.
In follow up to this it declared a National Emergency where record temperatures were recorded.
First Aid for Life is the UK’s leader of regulated first aid courses across the country.
Action
To help the public deal with this – and shine a light on the health issues associated with too much heat, First Aid for Life offered tips and advice to help people cope during extreme weather.
