Be Broadcast teamed up with First Aid for Life on UK heatwave health advice after the Met Office issued a red warning for extreme heat.
In follow up to this it declared a National Emergency where record temperatures were recorded.
First Aid for Life is the UK’s leader of regulated first aid courses across the country.
To help the public deal with this – and shine a light on the health issues associated with too much heat, First Aid for Life offered tips and advice to help people cope during extreme weather.
Emma gave advice across BBC Radio 4 You & Yours, Sky News TV, Good Morning Britain, Newsround, Sky News Radio, GB News, LBC, BBC WM, BBC Cambridge, BBC Leeds, BBC Three Counties, BBC Radio London and many more.
Of the campaign and Be Broadcast, Emma said “Be Broadcast you are amazing! You have secured me massive coverage on SKY News, ITV news, Vanessa Feltz, numerous BBC radio, Radio 4 and other stations, including the International Forces one. Plus bookings for Newsround and Good Morning Britain!! All in the blink of an eye!!!”
